On June 21, 2024, held a meeting of the Dissertation Council of MSE Institute of Economics
At the meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Council, D.Sc. professor Nazim Muzaffarli, discussed the thesis submitted by Vafa Khanlar Hashimova, Ph.D. student of the Institute of Economics, on the topic of "Potential impact of liberalization of the pension system on economic development in Azerbaijan" in the specialty 5308.01 - "General Economics" for receiving the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
Scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council, Ph.D. in Economics, Sevda Seyidova, after giving information about V. Hashimova made a broad presentation about the main content of her dissertation. Heard the opinion of the official opponents. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to her. The members of the council made speech about the dissertation work and expressed their opinions, held discussions. In the end, through secret voting the thesis was approved by the Dissertation Council (economics.org.az).
