Published a monograph by the head of the department of Industrial Policy and Investment Problems of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Tofig Huseynov on “Industrialization in Azerbaijan: realities and prospects”. The book, published by decision of the Academic Council of the Institute of Economics, analyzes the level of implementation of the Concept of Development of Azerbaijan until 2020 approved by the head of the country in 2012, the Strategic Road Map approved in 2016, and regional government programs
The monograph presents the concept of the development of industrialization in Azerbaijan, analysis and assessment of the current state of the industrial sector, including the processing industry, the role of industrialization in the balanced development of regions, the features of the government's investment policy, foreign trade relations of the non-oil refining industry, issues related to the competitiveness of the industrial sphere and the country's production, directions for the creation of industrial parks and industrial districts, agroparks and cooperatives in the agricultural sector, the formation and utilization of investment resources in the country, reflecting investment support for industrialization, problems of institutional regulation of social and economic development in Azerbaijan, directions for the creation industry and territorial clusters (economics.com.az).
