Associate professor, Kamran Abdullayev, leading researcher of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, is an international reviewer of the internationally rated “Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Research” that is published in the USA. The "Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Studies" with a high international impact factor in the field of economics has been included in the Scopus and Web of Science (WOS) databases since 2014
The editor of the journal and members of the international editorial board thanked all the reviewers for their correct analysis of the economic articles presented to them in English in 2023, including the quality and objectivity of their reviews. At the same time, among the reviewers of the magazine, an international rating list was compiled by selecting the countries and scientific organizations where they operate. In 2023, the journal has about 200 economist reviewers from about 40 countries around the world. Kamran Abdullayev, the leading researcher of the department "Economy of the Service Sphere" of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, associate professor Kamran Abdullayev, has risen to the first rank in this ranking list for 2023 (for both the country and the scientific-research institution he represents). That is why it was recommended to include him in the international scientific editorial board of this journal in 2024, too.
