The so-called organization in Karabakh region has announced itself released

  The "president" of the so-called "Artsakh" Republic, Samvel Shahramanyan, signed a decree on measures arising from the situation. It is reported that after the anti-terrorist measures carried out by the Azerbaijani state on September 19, 2023, the so-called regime decided to cease its existence:
  1. By January 1, 2024, all state institutions and organizations under the administration should be abolished and the Republic of "Nagorno-Karabakh" ("Artsakh") should cease its activities.
  2. The population of Nagorno-Karabakh, including those living outside the "republic", should become familiar with the conditions of reintegration presented by the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to make an independent and individual decision after this Decree enters into force.
  The release of the so-called institution in the Karabakh region is a historical victory of the Azerbaijani state and nation (economics.com.az).
