  On June 2, 2023, at the event held at the Kyrgyz National University in Bishkek, the Rector of the University, Tolobek Abdrahmanov presented the "Honorary Professor" diploma to Nazim Muzaffarli.
In addition, a Memorandum of understanding on mutual cooperation in the field of science and education was signed between the Kyrgyz National University and the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education.
