According to the "Admission plan for doctoral and dissertation training of higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023" the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was approved by the Order No. 261s dated March 10, 2023 of the Cabinet of Ministers announces admission to doctorate and dissertation for the preparation of Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Sciences
Document acceptance for doctoral studies will be carried out electronically through the "Education Centralized Information System" (ECIS). Those who wishes to submit a document should visit the website of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan at https://portal.edu.az, select the "Registration of students at higher and secondary educational institutions" service and register in accordance with the instructions.
Applications will be sent through Portal.edu.az from April 12, 2023. Deadline for submissions: May 16, 2023.
For those who successfully passed the foreign language exam, the "Philosophy" exam will be held on September 4, 5, 6, 2023, and the specialty exam will be held on September 11, 12, 13, 2023.
