Head of the Education Department PhD. Ellada Khankishiyeva gave information about the rules of attestation of DSc. and PhD. students and the current situation. Each of the doctoral students participating in the attestation was interviewed separately, their research, participation in conferences, publication of scientific articles, relations with the departments to which they were assigned, etc. related recommendations were given.
It should be noted that on the order by the general director of Institute of Economics, ANAS, prof. Nazim Muzaffarli’s (Imanov) was established a commission regarding the attestation of DSc. and PhD. students. Chairman of the commission is executive director, prof. Mushfiq Atakishiyev, members are - Scientific secretary, Assoc.prof., Leyli Allahverdiyeva, department heads Assoc.prof., Mahir Zeynalov, Assoc.prof., Parviz Hasanov and Ph.D. in Economics, Ellada Khankishiyeva (economics.com.az).
