Held the ceremony of awarding the winners of the republican scientific article competition "Socio-economic revitalization of Shusha is the new peak of Azerbaijan's progress" at UNEC
Head of the Research Centers Coordination and Organization Department, UNEC, opened the event with an introduction and said that the purpose of the competition is to promote research related to the study of prospects for the revival of Shusha city. Professor Sakit Yagubov, vice-rector for science, pointed out that 2022 was declared the "Year of Shusha" by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, on this occasion was noted that the plan of events was approved at UNEC and said that the competition was held within the framework of the plan of events.
After the organization of the competition, the head of the UNEC Karabakh Economic Research Center, professor Shafa Aliyev, gave information about the holding of the competition, relevance and evaluation of the presented articles, announced the winners of the competition. The winners of the first three places in the professor-teacher, as well as doctoral student-master's team were awarded with cash prizes, and presented certificates to the others.
Sabina Asadova, a senior researcher at the Scientific Center for the Reconstruction of Post-conflict Territories of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education, was among the top ten winners of the competition and was awarded with a certificate for her active participation.
Member of the organizing committee of the competition, head of the Department of Monetary and Fiscal Regulation Problems of the Institute of Economics, DSc., assoc.prof., Yashar Mammadov participated in the evaluation of the articles submitted to the competition and presented certificates to the winners (economics.com.az).
