On October 31, 2022, held the next online scientific seminar at the Institute of Economics. The event chaired by the director general of the institute, D.Sc., professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov), attended by a number of employees of higher education institutions
At the seminar, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Yashar Mammadov, head of the Department “Monetary and Fiscal Regulation Problems” of the Institute of Economics, made a presentation on the results of his study on the topic "Development level of digital (electronic) services in the financial and credit sector and its evaluation".
The speaker justified the necessity of development of digital financial (electronic) services in our country. Analyzing the development characteristics of digital financial services, presented the results of the research conducted in this field. Also, in the presentation, evaluated the modern level of development of digital financial services in Azerbaijan, the application directions of payment cards, and evaluated the problems of organizing digital financial services in the consumer market. Reasoned proposals have been made regarding to the development of digital financial services in our country.
Then, held extensive discussions on the topic at the seminar, and answered the questions (economics.com.az).
