On October 21, 2022, at the joint meeting of the "Economy of the Service’s Sphere", "Regulation of the Business Environment and Development of Entrepreneurship" and "Innovative Economy and Digital Transformation" departments at the Institute of Economics, held the preliminary discussion of the doctoral dissertation by Ph.D. in Economics, associate professor Kamran Nureddin Abdullayev in the speciality 5312.01- "Field Economics" on the theme "Problems of the development of private entrepreneurship In the transport sector of the Republic of Azerbaijan"
At the meeting chaired by assoc.prof., Parviz Hasanov, after giving information about the applicant, K.Abdullayev made a broad speech about the relevance of the dissertation, the level of study of the problem, the goals and objectives of the research, the main scientific innovations of the work, the main content of the research, the results and proposals.
Heard the reviewers' opinions about the work. K.Abdullayev answered the questions addressed to him, as well as expressed his opinion on the comments of reviewers. After extensive discussions with the participation of department employees, through open voting the dissertation was recommended to the next discussion stage of the Scientific Seminar (economics.com.az).
