At the seminar, Yegane Zakir Mammadli's dissertation on "Evaluation of the impact of the modernization of the agricultural sector on increasing the economic efficiency of production" discussed and submitted to receive the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
The secretary of the Scientific Seminar, Ph.D. Famil Rustamov gave information about Y. Mammadli and he made a broad presentation about the main content of his dissertation work.
Then heard the opinion of the reviewers appointed on the case. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to him by reviewers and seminar members.
