Held the next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics on September 8, 2022. A number of issues were discussed at the meeting chaired by the director general of the institute, D.Sc., professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov)
Prof. Nazim Muzaffarli gave information on the preparation and organizational work for the international scientific-practical conference on “Economy of culture: development impulses from Shusha” to be held on September 18-19 of this year in Shusha and then in Baku.
The director general said that Mirvari Ghazanfarli was released from the position of the head of the Education Department with her own application due to her transfer to another job. Ellada Khankishiyeva, an employee and student of the Institute, doctor of philosophy in economics, was appointed the new head of the Education Department. In this regard, the composition of the Scientific Council was changed, E. Khankishiyeva was elected as a member of the Scientific Council in accordance with her position.
By the decision of the Scientific Council, Tanriverdi Pasha's monograph entitled "Socio-Economic Effects of Cultural Heritage" was recommended for publication (economics.com.az).
