On May 13, 2022, held a scientific seminar on 5307.01 - "Economic Theory" at the Institute of Economics of ANAS
At the seminar discussed the dissertation theme on "Measuring the degree of liberalization of information services and assessing their economic impact" by Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Allahverdiyeva Leyli Ali for receiving the scientific degree of Doctor of Economics.
At the meeting chaired by Doctor of Economic Sciences Fuad Ganbarov, the Scientific Secretary of the Seminar, Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Asif Mustafayev gave information about the thesis. Then L.Allahverdiyeva made an extensive presentation on the main content of the dissertation.
Then heard the opinion of the appointed reviewers (Doctor of Economics, professors Avaz Bayramov, Hajiagha Rustambeyov and Gabil Manafov). The plaintiff answered the questions of the reviewers and members of the seminar. The members of the seminar expressed their views on the dissertation and held discussions. In the end, the dissertation by a secret ballot was recommended for the defense (economics.com.az).
