A book published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, the reviewers of the publication are Doctor of Economic Sciences, professors Tarbiz Aliyev and Hajiaga Rustambeyov.
At the monograph is examined the directions of improving Azerbaijan's position in the international rankings in the Index of the World Energy Trilemma on indicators of energy use. The scientific research work examines the methodological basis for calculating the Index of the World Energy Trilemma, the specific weights of sub-indices, sources of information, general development trends of the index, the place of Azerbaijan in the ranking of indices and sub-indices, the calculation of scores. In addition, Azerbaijan's progress over the past 21 years is compared with a number of countries, are assessed its strengths and weaknesses, and purposes and recommendations are given to the government, indexing organizations and economists.
