Employees of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS and higher education institutions also attended the event chaired by the Director General of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Doctor of Economics, Professor Nazim Muzaffarli.
Director General of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Ilham Mammadzadeh made a report on "Philosophy of Economics". Informing about the research conducted at the Institute, the Director General presented the main problems of modern philosophical science, interdisciplinary relations, sociology, modern philosophical views and approaches to economics, the relationship of philosophy with artificial intelligence, philosophical views on reforms, the impact of different types of consciousness on economic processes. He spoke about the family economy, the role of science and knowledge in our modern society, public consciousness and culture in a market economy.
Prof. Ilham Mammadzadeh expressed his views on the impact of our national mentality and behavior on economic processes, ethical behavior and social responsibility in business, social justice, relations between state and economy, relations between state and individuals, economic freedoms, level of state intervention in the economy, collectivism and individualism in the economy, efficient economy, modern global world, also the transition to a knowledge economy, philosophical views and approaches to the socio-economic development of modern society from different perspectives, and made discussions with the participants of the seminar.
