On December 22, 2021, at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics of ANAS held a meeting to defend the dissertation for the scientific degree on “Doctor of Philosophy in Economics”
The meeting chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Council, Professor Mushfig Atakishiyev discussed the dissertation of Buniyatzade Ayan Yusif on "Mechanism of formation of innovative economy in Azerbaijan" for the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (on 5308.01 - "General Economics") (scientific advisor Doctor of Economics, Prof. Adalat Muradov).
The dissertation work was carried out at the Department of Public Administration and Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Scientific Secretary of the Dissertation Council, Ph.D. in Economics, Sevda Seyidova after giving information about the applicant A. Buniyatzadeh made a comprehensive presentation on the main content of the dissertation. Also heard the opinions by official opponents – Doctor of Economics, prof. Fizuli Mammadov, Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Fizuli Mammadov, Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Elmira Gocayeva and Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Ramil Aliyev. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to her. Members of the Council expressed their views on the dissertation and held discussions.
In the end, A. Buniyatzade's dissertation was approved by secret ballot by the Dissertation Council (economics.com.az).
