On November 4, 2021, organized a webinar on "Strategic aspects of the development of liberated territories" by the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sumgayit State University
The event attended by MP’s Hijran Huseynova, Vugar Bayramov, Emin Hajiyev, Mushfig Mammadli, Mahir Abbaszadeh, corresponding member of ANAS, head of the Scientific Center for Post-conflict Territories Rehabilitation of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Akif Musayev, head of the department of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, professor Tarbiz Aliyev, Lieutenant-Colonel Ehtiram Mammadov of the Karabakh Order, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the teaching staff of the university.
There were speeches on the topic and heard reports at the event. Professor, Akif Musayev, Head of the Post-Conflict Rehabilitation Research Center of the Institute of Economics, gave detailed information on conceptual issues related to infrastructure rehabilitation, resettlement, normal living and job creation in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan in his report on "Conceptual bases and directions of settlement processes in post-conflict areas". Also, the head of the department of the Institute of Economics, Professor Tarbiz Aliyev spoke on "Actual issues of entrepreneurship development in the liberated territories."
