Published the book "Global Competitiveness Index - 2020: Improving Azerbaijan's Position" authored by a group of employees headed by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Gulshan Yuzbashiyeva of the Institute of Economics of ANAS
The scientific editor of the book published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics is Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Irshad Karimli, the reviewers are Doctor of Economics, associate professor Seyfaddin Samandarov and Ph.D. in Economics, associate professor Ramil Aliyev.
The collective monograph examines the Global Competitiveness Index, one of the main ratings that gives direction and direction to economic relations in modern times, and analyzes and evaluates its various sub-indices. In particular, using international comparative indicators, Azerbaijan's position was analyzed and results were given in various fields. In addition, Azerbaijan's position on sub-indices was dynamically monitored and concrete proposals were made to further improve it.
