On October 19, 2021, held a "round table" on "Enlightenment support for Karabakh entrepreneurs: the road to Tartar" in Tartar region. The event was organized by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, the Executive Power of Tartar Region and the Institute of Economics of ANAS in order to educate local businesses. The event was attended by General Director of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, D.Sc., Professor Nazim Muzaffarli, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, Associate Professor Allahyar Muradov, Deputy Director for General Affairs Shakir Aliyev and Head of the Scientific Center for Post-Conflict Territories, Professor Akif Musayev
In his introductory speech at the event, the head of the Executive Power of Tartar region Mustagim Mammadov informed about the liberated and damaged areas of the region. The meeting was also attended by Elchin Mammadov, Chief of the Main Department of Taxpayer Services of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, Nazim Muzaffarli, General Director of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Mirali Kazimov, Acting Head of the Training Center of the State Tax Service, Elchin Baylarov, Chief of the Main Coordination Department, and Sanan Ahmadzadeh, Representative of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency in Tartar Region, and all of them made speeches at the event.
Head of the Post-conflict Territorial Rehabilitation Scientific Center of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Professor Akif Musayev “Entrepreneurship opportunities in post-conflict areas”, Head of the Training Center of the State Tax Service Nazim Aliyev “Legal bases of compensation for civilian casualties during armed conflicts”, Training Center employee Shahzade Madatova made a presentation on "Effective public-private partnership in the development of women's entrepreneurship in post-conflict areas."
