The initial discussion of the doctoral dissertation was held at the joint meeting of the departments of the Institute of Economics

  On September 10, 2021, held joint meeting of "Theoretical bases of economic policy and history of economic thought" and "Finance, money-credit" departments of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Ibrahimov Elshan Ali (on the specialty 5307.01 - "Economic theory") was nominated for the degree of Doctor of Economics and Preliminary discussion of his doctoral dissertation "Conceptual bases of efficient use of financial resources for sustainable development of the economy".
  After giving information about the applicant at the meeting chaired by Doctor of Economics, Professor Gulshan Yuzbashiyeva, E.Ibrahimov spoke about the relevance of the dissertation, the level of study of the problem, the goals and objectives of the research, the main scientific innovations, the main content of the research, results and proposals.
  Reviewers of the case – Doctor of Economics, professors Hajiaga Rustambeyov, Miralam Hasanli and Seyfaddin Samandarov, while noting the urgency of the topic, they noted their remarks and recommendations. E.Ibrahimov answered the questions addressed to him, as well as expressed his opinion on the comments of the reviewers. After extensive discussions with the participation of employees of the department, the dissertation was recommended for the next stage of discussion by open voting (economics.com.az).
