On April 30, 2021, held a meeting on the defense of doctoral dissertation at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics of ANAS
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Council, Professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov). Discussed Mayis Gulali Gulaliyev dissertation on "Liberal-dirigisme directions of Azerbaijan's international economic relations under the conditions of globalization" presented for the scientific degree of Doctor of Economics (scientific adviser prof. Isa Aliyev). The dissertation work was carried out at the Institute of Economics of ANAS.
Scientific Secretary of the Dissertation Council, Ph.D. in Economics, Sevda Seyidova, after giving information about M.Gulaliyev made a comprehensive presentation on the main content of the dissertation. Heard the opinion of official opponents – Doctor of Economics, professors Shamsaddin Hajiyev, Elshan Hajizade, Ali Nuriyev and Shafa Guliyeva. The plaintiff answered the questions addressed to him, members of the Council expressed their views on the dissertation and held discussions.
In the end, M.Gulaliyev's dissertation was approved by the Dissertation Council by secret ballot (economics.com.az).
