Dear colleagues!
Today our Institute is 63 years old. I sincerely congratulate each of you on the occasion of "Institute Day", wish you new creative achievements, and happy days to you and your families!
This year, our the "Day of Institute" is celebrated in a special way. In the fall of 2020, Karabakh was liberated from 30 years of occupation. Long live our heroic SOLDIER! We are infinitely grateful to each of our martyrs and veterans. Our soldiers and officers have engraved the names of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the architect of our victory in the history. The "victorious nation" was written on our life, and our national honor was restored. The new task before us – is to return the life to Karabakh, or to bring Karabakh back to life - is breathtaking for its grandeur and scale.
In the coming years, we will have a race for development, because the future belongs to those nations that are able to lead in the development of science, education and culture. Science is changing the face of the world and will change more and more. We also have great responsibilities in the field of development of our science, targeting the solution of real problems of our country. I believe that our employees will spare no effort for the progress of our country and will try to support this work in every possible way within their knowledge and skills.
Dear colleagues, unfortunately, due to the pandemic this year we are not able to celebrate the "Day of Institute" as much as we would like. We will get out of this trouble, because we are a victorious nation and there are no obstacles that we cannot overcome. In the coming years, we will once again congratulate each other on the occasion of the "Day of Institute" at the ceremonial meetings, shaking hands. This is also a dream of each of us on the occasion of the "Day of Institute".
