On February 23, 2021, held a joint scientific seminar on 5310.01 - "World Economy" and 5308.01 - "General Economy" at the Institute of Economics of ANAS
At the seminar discussed the thesis by Mayis Gulali Gulaliyev on “Liberal-dirigisme directions of international economic relations of Azerbaijan under the condition of globalization” for the scientific degree of Doctor of Economics.
At the meeting chaired by Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Rovshan Guliyev, the Secretary of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in Economics, assoc.prof., Agil Eyvazov gave information about the candidate. M.Gulaliyev made a comprehensive presentation on the main content of the dissertation. Then heard the opinion of the appointed reviewers (D.Sc. of Economics, professors - Farhad Rahmanov, Arif Shakaraliyev, Gulenbar Azizova and Irshad Karimov). The candidate answered the questions that were given him by the reviewers and members of the seminar. The members of the seminar expressed their views on the dissertation and held discussions.
At the end, by open voting the dissertation was recommended for defense (economics.com.az).
