At the seminar the speaker noted that despite the significant anti-crisis measures taken in developed countries, the economy is expected to begin the process of self-recovery in the third quarter of 2021, and the recovery process in developing countries may take a long time. The government of Azerbaijan has also taken various measures to support businesses and the public to prevent the complications of the coronavirus.
