Karabakh will flourish again!

  In order to contribute to the systematic activities to be carried out in our country on the development of programs for the restoration of the liberated territories, the Scientific Center for the Reconstruction of Post-Conflict Territories was established at the Institute of Economics of ANAS. The aim is to develop comprehensive programs for the restoration of the liberated territories in cooperation with relevant government agencies.
  In an interview with Elm TV, Akif Musayev, head of the department of the Institute of Economics, corresponding member of ANAS, noted that work on this restoration plan has been carried out for a long time, even after the First Karabakh War. He said that in the forthcoming rehabilitation programs, Nagorno-Karabakh and Aran Karabakh will be considered as a single socio-economic area (economics.com.az).
