Prof. Yashar Mammadov and Ph.D. in Economics, Aygun Musayeva. By the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics, the book recommended for publication and reviewers are Doctor of Economics, Professor Vahid Novruzov and Doctor of Economics, Professor Mushvig Atakishiyev and scientific editors Ph.D. in  Economics, Assoc. Prof. Alovsat Aliyev.
