On June 17, 2020, with the jointly organization of the faculties of Law and International Relations and Economics of the Baku State University (BSU) hosted a virtual scientific conference on “Economic and legal aspects of formation and development of the economics” dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (ASUE)
The conference was attended by professors and teachers, scientists and young researchers from BSU, ASUE, Azerbaijan Tourism and Management Universities (ATMU), and by other universities. Rector of BSU Elchin Babayev opened the virtual conference with a report on the history and development path of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He spoke about the reforms in the field of science and education in our country in recent years, taken the successful measures, and the active participation of young people in all spheres of society.
Then there were speeches on various topics covering various aspects of economics, were heard reports and were held discussions. Leading researcher of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Associate Professor, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Institute Ramil Aliyev spoke at the online conference on “Assessment of sustainable economy in the Republic of Azerbaijan” (economics.com.az).
