The scientific journal of Economic Growth and Social Welfare has been launched at the Institute of Economics of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. It is important to note that the journal "Scientific Works" was renamed "Economic Growth and Social Welfare" by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute
The Editorial board of the journal headed by the Professor, D.Sc. (Econ.) Nazim Muzaffarli, Director of the Institute of Economics of ANAS has also been renewed. Professor Mushfig Atakishiyev, D.Sc. (Econ.) is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Associate Professor Nasimi Ahmadov, Ph.D in Economics is the Executive Secretary of the Journal. Well-known economists of the country, as well as influential foreign economists have been included in the Editorial board of the journal.
Journal of Economic Growth and Social Welfare publishes original scientific papers, scientific information, up-to-date reviews, and case studies. Papers are published in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish (economics.com.az).
