I. To carry out the research on the following 3 problems:
- “Directions for further improvement of Azerbaijan position in the international comparative ratings on macroeconomic stability and innovative development indicators”,
- "Directions for further improvement of Azerbaijan position in international comparative ratings on human development indicators",
- “Directions for further improvement Azerbaijan position in international comparative ratings on the use of natural resources, sectoral and regional development indicators”
II. The following Temporary Creativity Groups will be formed to implement the Comprehensive Research Plan on International Rankings for 2019:
