Director of the Institute of Economics of ANAS gave an interview to Chinese television

  As we gave information, will be held the Eurasian Economic Forum on September 10-12, 2019, in Xi'an, China. Professor Nazim Muzaffarli, Director of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, gave an interview to the Chinese television, the main topic of discussion was the forum on cooperation and development between countries within "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
  The Director said that Azerbaijan actively supports the deepening of economic integration between the countries of the Silk Road. This is also due to the geographical position of Azerbaijan, the main center of the Caucasus transport corridor. As a part of project "One Belt, One Road" realized by China, Azerbaijan develops not only economic ties but also scientific and cultural cooperation with this country. At the same time, ANAS and its institutions have established mutually beneficial cooperation with their Chinese colleagues, and the Institute of Economics of ANAS plays an important role in this area.
  The event was attended by representatives of 54 countries, including finance, ecology, culture, tourism, science and technology, education, e-commerce and others issues are being discussed (economics.com.az).
