On November 27, 2018, at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, held the defense of dissertation
The meeting held under the chairmanship of director of the Institute of Economics, Professor, Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) initially defended Shahla Vakil Jamilzadeh on the theme of “Perfection of management of socio-economic development of the Absheron economic region” (Scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, professor Tarbiz Aliyev). Dissertation work was carried out at the Department of Economics of the Sumgait State University.
Scientific Councilor Ph.D. in Economics, Sabina Shikhaliyeva gave information about defender and then Shahla Jamilzadeh spoke about the urgency of the work, investigation level of the problem, duties and purposes of the work, the main scientific innovation of the work, the context of investigation, and talked about the conclusions and purposes. 
Later, defended Rauf Mirzagha Allahyarov on the theme of “Directions of employment regulation in the formation of labor market” (Scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, professor Shahbaz Muradov). Dissertation work was carried out at the Institute of Economics of ANAS.
The candidates answered the questions addressed to them, by the members of the council. Appointed officials reasonably gave their suggestions and comments. At the meeting also noted opinions on author's abstracts. They gave broad answer to the questions and comments by opponents, leading agencies and responders.
We should note that the discussion was very interesting, and beside with the noted comments and suggestions candidates’ dissertation works met the requirements of the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. And at the end dissertation works were confirmed by close votes of members of the Dissertation Council (economics.com.az).
