Simrah Ismayilova, the scientific researcher of the department, informed that the value added in the Social Accounts Matrix was calculated by using the Cobb-Douglas production function, using the eviews application software to determine the procedure for calculating 2 areas (agriculture and education) clearly demonstrated the procedure of calculation.
Along with employees of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, a group of employees from Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, UNEC, Azerbaijan University and Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University attended the seminar.
