On October 18, 2018, within the framework of the 60th anniversary event of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, held an international scientific-practical conference on "Economic Growth and Social Welfare" in the Central Scientific Library of ANAS
The scientists from foreign countries also attended the event they were Director of the Institute of Economics of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician Satibaldin Azimkhan, including director of the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, academician Valeriy Mikhaylovich Geyets, head of the Department at the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, Ph.D. in Economics, Azik Orozonova, Associate Professor of the Dagestan Scientific Center of the Institute of Social and Economic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D. in Economics, Nebiyulla Giciyev.
At the conference Professor Tarbiz Aliyev, made a speech on the theme of "Innovative aspects of economic growth", from the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Ph.D. in Economics, Leyli Allahverdiyeva, talked on the "Changing of foreign trade sub-index: reasons and economic significance", Professor of ASEU, Yadulla Hasanli, made a speech on "Inter-state interaction debt analysis and directions of its effective repayment".
Then were heard the reports on economic growth, economic activity and social protection and social welfare sections by academics and young researchers participating in the Conference (economics.com.az)
