On September 17-19, 2018, an international scientific-practical conference titled "Integrated Developmental Capabilities of CIS Countries: 
Dialogue of Researchers and Experts" held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The Institute of Economics of the Kyrgyz National Academy of Sciences and the CIS Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Foundation the event was attended by academics, experts and young researchers from Russia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova and Kyrgyzstan. Leading researchers of the Institute of Economics, ANAS - Doctor of Economic Sciences Sevda Mikayilova, madea speech on “Azerbaijan's Economy: Economic Development and Achievements” Ph.D. in Economics Mahir Zeynalov made a speech on “Improvement of Business Environment and Entrepreneurship Development Trends” and senior scientific worker, Ph.D. in Economics Matanat Abdalova made a speech on "Main features and problems of technology parks" at the conference (economics.com.az).
