On June 27, 2018, in Baku, Deloitte & Touche international consulting and audit company held a conference on Corporate Governance and Transparency in its office in Baku ”Corporative management and Transparency”. Representatives of Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chamber of Control of Financial Markets, “Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping” Company, Institute of Economics, ANAS and other organizations and heads of audit committees took part in the conference. At the event, representatives of leading state enterprises and private companies discussed the issues such as corporate governance, role of internal audit and audit committees, discussion of reports and exchanged views on these areas.
