On May 12, 2018, Professor Nazim Muzaffarli, Director of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, attended the event organized “TMW - Tourism Meetup & Workshop” by the Association of Azerbaijan Tourism Professionals (Skal International Baku). It should be noted that the event of "Tourism product, new opportunities, markets and modern trends" was attended by representatives of several public and private organizations the main objectives were the development of tourism industry, stimulation of sales, identifying the directions of effective tourism strategy, professionals specialized in tourism industry and the creation an environment for businessmen to exchange views (economics.com.az).
