With co-authorship of Senior Research Fellow of the Department “Regulation problems of entrepreneurship and monopoly” of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Doctor of Economics, Professor Tarbiz Aliyev and Rector of Baku Business University, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Ibad Abbasov published a textbook "Economics of the Non-Oil Industry" (Baku, Science and Education, 2017, p. 501). This is the first monographic textbook on non-oil industry in Azerbaijan (economics.com.az).
