On March 14, 2018, was held Scientific Seminar at the Institute of Economics ANAS. The seminar held under the chairmanship of Professor Tarbiz Aliyev, two pretenders discussed the dissertation for the degree of Ph.D. in Economics. Secretary of the Scientific Seminar, Ph.D. in Economics, Sevda Seyidova gave information about them.
First, Samir Masud Mahmudov, the dissertant of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, gave information about the dissertation on the topic "The directions of increasing the role of health insurance system in strengthening of the social protection of population" (scientific supervisor, Ph.D. in Economics, associate professor R.Abdullayeva). He spoke about the relevance of the work, the level of learning of the problem, the goals and objectives of the research, the main scientific innovations, the main content of the study, results and suggestions.
Appointment of reviewers – Doctor of Economics, Prof. Ramiz Isgandarov and Ph.D. in Economics, Kamran Abdullayev commented on the relevance of the issue and expressed his remarks and proposals. The pretender S.Mahmudov gave detailed answers to the questions by the members of the seminar, including respondents' comments. Members of the seminar noted their views, comments and suggestions on the work. At the end, through open voting with the option to consider comments and suggestions the dissertation was recommended to the next discussion phase.
In the second part of the seminar, pretender of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Gulnar Ali Ashurova made a presentation on the main content of the dissertation on the theme "Impact of innovation factor to raising competitiveness in microeconomics"
(scientific supervisor Doctor of Economics, Professor Mustafayev F.F.). He highlighted the relevance, content, main scientific innovations, results and proposals of her research work.
Appointment of reviewers – Doctor of Economics, Prof. Irshad Karimli and Ph.D. in Economics, Elsevar Karimov also noted the importance of the topic in their statements and made serious remarks and proposals. The other members of the seminar also emphasized the relevance of the issue and noted their comments and suggestions. The pretender, G.Ashurova answered to the questions and said that she would consider these remarks in her work. At the end, taking into account the serious judgments and proposals of the reviewers and the members of the seminar with open voting the dissertation was recommended to the next stage of discussions (economics.com.az).
