The book titled " IL(R)E-2016: level of liberalism-dirigisme of economy " (in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages) was published by the expert group led by Professor Nazim Muzaffarli, director of the Institute of Economics, ANAS. The book published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics, reviewers are Ph.D. in Economics, Yashar Mammadov and Ph.D. in Economics, Ramil Aliyev.
The book is dedicated to effective balance between the self-regulatory mechanisms of the economy and state regulation. On the basis of the methodology developed by the Institute of Economics, ANAS, in the economy of 95 countries was comparatively assessed the level of liberalism and dirigisme - moderation intervention by the state to the economy.
Have been substantiated the necessity of further liberalization of the Azerbaijani economy in the coming years and the major directions of the required economic reforms. The authors hope that theoretical findings and practical recommendations of the research will be interesting and useful for economists and economic policy creators (economics.com.az).
