At the event listened to the annual report of the Institute of Economics for 2016
December 23, 2016, held the regular meeting of the Division of Social Sciences of ANAS. The members of the Bureau, director of scientific institutions attended the meeting.
Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Ph.D. in Economics, Allahyar Muradov in his report told about the work done during the year, research activities of the Institute of Economics in the field of formation and the develop of the economic development model based on innovation, 
the quality of economic growth on the non-oil sector of business problems and the development of international economic relations and etc. At the meeting, deputy director also pointed out that the Institute staff carried out scientific investigations on the 4 issues, 12 themes, 12 works, and on 106 stages (economics.com.az).
