Leading scientific worker of the Institute of Economics ANAS, Ph.D. in Economics, Rufat Efendiyev attended the youth’s event.
On September 22-25, 2016, in Kazan the capital of Tatarstan held an event “The new generation: unlimited responsibilities”, 4th Russian-Azerbaijan Youth Forum, which attended the members of 18-35 ages from youths and student’s organizations, social and political figures of Azerbaijan and Russia. 
From each participating countries attended 20 members, and during the meeting they developed strategic ideas to strengthen and promote dialogue between two countries. There provided three sections: "Youths for the economy - economy for the youths", "The peace is in the hands of young people", "Keep traditions for building the future."
The first panel was represented by a leading scientific worker of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor Rufat Efendiyev, by Ulyana Igorevna the director of the development center on export of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the moderator was Nigar Masumova Associate Professor of the department of the world’s economy and the deputy dean of the Faculty of the international journalism and etc. the theme of the panel was "Youth for the economy - the economy for the youth". During the meeting the participants offered to carry out the following meetings: to strengthen the coordination of joint projects in the social and economic sphere; develop information and presentation tours in both countries companies; to organize various kinds of inter-state measures aimed to stimulating the development of the business environment, attracting young and successful entrepreneurs and business organization and factories, business plants, investment and venture fairs, business games; hold regular working meetings.
The meeting organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation, by Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, by Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan, and with the support of the Ministry of Education of Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan Republic, also the of the National Council of Youth and Children Unions of Russia. Adopted the delegation on the last day of the Forum. As representatives of delegations, IV Russian-Azerbaijani Youth Forum has made a real practical contribution to the strengthening of Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation (economics.com.az)
