On July 12, 2016, has carried out the following scientific seminar at the Institute of Economics ANAS
Under the chairmanship of professor Ali Nuriyev the Associated Member of ANAS has carried out the following scientific discussion of the theses by two candidates on the scientific degree Doctor of Philosophy in Economics. Scientific Counsellor of the 
Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in Economics Sevda Seyidova gave information about them.
Firstly, candidate for a doctoral degree at the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Nader Hassannejad Heydar gave information about his thesis on the theme of “Improvement directions of health care system in Islamic Republic of Iran” on the scientific degree Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (on the specialty -“World economy”) (Scientific adviser – Ph.D. in Economics, assistant professor Rasmiyya Abdullayeva) and Scientific Counsellor of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in Economics Sevda Seyidova gave information about him.
Pretendant Nader Hassannejad Heydar gave widely information about the content of thesis. He based the urgency of dissertation work, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusion and recommendations with substantiating the theoretical and practical importance of dissertation work.
Reviewers – Doctor of Economics, Professor Ramiz Isgenderov, and Ph.D. in Economics Samira Aghayeva gave a note about the urgency of the work and noted that the dissertation work has carried out in the level of according requirements, beside that added their considerations and thoughts. 
Then secondly, candidate for a doctoral degree at the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Shahin Mohammadpour Asger gave information about his thesis on the theme of “Increasing trends of innovation activity in the industrial sector of Islamic Republic of Iran” on the scientific degree Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (on the specialty -“Sectoral economy”) (Scientific adviser – Ph.D. in Economics, assistant professor Allahyar Muradov), 
he gave widely information about the content of thesis. He based the urgency of dissertation work, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusion and recommendations with substantiating the theoretical and practical importance of dissertation work. 
Reviewers – Doctor of Economics, Ilham Aslanzadeh, and Ph.D. in Economics Kamran Abdullayev gave a note about the urgency of the work and noted that the dissertation work has carried out in the level of according requirements, and based their considerations and thoughts. Attendants the seminar asked questions to Shahin Mohammadpour Asger on his thesis.
At the end, with an open vote the members of scientific seminar recommended the dissertation work to the next defense stage (economics.com.az).
