The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of the Institute of Economics, Professor Pei Canqhonq sent a letter to the Institute of Economics ANAS, noted that they expressed great interest in the level of state’s intervention in the field of economy, determination of the level of optimality, and carried out scientific research works by the economists of Azerbaijan, also offered to held meetings and seminars for closer look at the results.
Since 2014, the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Institute of Economics has conducted such scientific investigations. In the first stage of the Integrated index, which offered by the Institute of Economics, was calculated for many countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, also for a number (a total of 37 countries) of developed countries. The obtained results and scientific works that reflect their interpretation was published not only in Azerbaijan, they was published in foreign countries too. Those results can be found in an official website (www.economics.com.az) of the Institute.
At present, on the basis of statistics for 2015, has been completed the calculation of Integral Indexes of 62 countries and soon will be presented to the scientific society. 
We should note that on May 26, 2016, at the Institute of Economics ANAS held a meeting with the delegation led by Tsay Fan the vise-president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). The head of the international cooperation department of CASS Van Ley, director of the Institute of Economics of CSSA, professor Pei Changhong, director of the Institutes, CASS of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asian Li Yunchiyan and head of the international cooperation department of CSSA, Chzin Chdze attended the same meeting. At the same day, at Presidium of ANAS signed an agreement for the strengthening of scientific cooperation and the relations, also in order to organize joint activities between the ANAS and CASS signed an agreement.
We should note that the National Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) of NASA for the expansion of ties created the Joint Working Group between 6 institutions, also the Institute of Economics ANAS, and the Central Scientific Library include to the same group.
