Discussed prospects for scientific relations, joint research and implementation of projects
On May 26, 2016, at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Institute of Economics, held a meeting with the delegation led by Tsay Fan Vice-President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). The delegation of the guests were head of the international cooperation department of the CASS Van Ley, director of the Institute of Economics CASS Pey Chanhun, CASS Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia director of the international cooperation department of Li Yunchyuan and CASS Chzin Chdze director of the Ensemble.
Academician-secretary of the Department of Social Sciences, Corresponding Member of ANAS Nargiz Akhundova attended the meeting also professor, Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) director, of the Institute of Economics gave broad information the main activities of his leading scientific organization, conducted scientific researches, and about new projects. Chinese scientists are closely involved with the activities of the institute, and said they were interested in cooperation with ANAS. Director deputy of the Institute of Economics, ANAS, Ph.D. in Economics, Allahyar Muradov, head of the department, Ph.D. in Economics, Agil Asadov, leading scientific worker, Ph.D. in Economics, Rufat Afandiyev attended the meeting, also between the two sides discussed close scientific relationships, the possibility of joint researches and joint projects.
At the same day, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) held a meeting with the delegation of Presidium ANAS. President of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh expressed confidence in achieving important scientific results in the implementation of joint projects with the CASS and relevant authorities. Then for the strengthening of scientific cooperation and the relations, also in order to organize joint activities between the ANAS and CASS signed an agreement.
We should note that the National Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) of NASA for the expansion of ties created the Joint Working Group between 6 institutions, also the Institute of Economics ANAS, and the Central Scientific Library include to the same group.
