At the Dissertation Council of the Institute defensed the thesis in this regard
On April 29, 2016, at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics ANAS were the defense of dissertation. The meeting held under the chairmanship of director of the Institute of 
Economy, Professor, Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) initially defended Rashad Huseyn Muradov on specialty 5307.01 – “Economic theory”, on the theme of “Theoretical and practical basis of perfection of budget processes” ( Scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, professor Ali Nuriyev). The dissertation developed at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the department of “Public Administration and management”
Scientific Councilor Ph.D. in Economics, Fargana Musayeva gave information about defender and then Rashad Huseyn Muradov spoke about the urgency of the work, investigation level of the problem, duties and purposes of the work, the main scientific innovation of the work, the context of investigation, and talked about the conclusions and purposes.
Later, the candidate answered the questions addressed to her, by the members of the council. Work on the appointed official opponents - Doctor of Economics, professor, Umidvar Aliyev and Ph.D. in Economics, Seyfaddin Samandarov
reasonably gave their suggestions and comments. The leading organization is Azerbaijan State Economic University, the department of "Economy and management". Candidate Rashad Huseyn Muradov gave broad information to the questions and comments by opponents, leading agencies and responders.
Candidate’s dissertation work meets the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan Republic. And at the end Rashad Huseyn Muradov was confirmed by the close vote of the members of the Dissertation Council (economics.com.az).
