On April 19, 2016, at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics ANAS defensed of dissertation.
The meeting held under the chairmanship of director of the Institute of Economy, Professor, Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov) initially defended Seadat Ramil Guliyeva on specialty 5312.01 – “Sector Economy”, on the theme of “Increasing the role of wholesale markets in the areas of improving food security” ( Scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, professor Sadig Salahov).
Scientific Councilor Ph.D. in Economics, Fargana Musayeva gave information about defender and then Seadat Ramil Guliyeva spoke about the urgency of the work, investigation level of the problem, duties and purposes of the work, the main scientific innovation of the work, the context of investigation, and talked about the conclusions and purposes.
Later, the candidate answered the questions addressed to her, by the members of the council. Candidate’s dissertation work meet the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan Republic. And at the end Seadet Guliyeva‘s was confirmed by an close votes of the Dissertation Council.
