On March 31, 2016, carried out the following discussion of dissertation works at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences
The defence held under the chairmanship of Professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov), director of the Institute of Economics ANAS, discussed the dissertation work by Mojahed Aziz Babapur Verzagani dissertant of the Ministry of Education Baku State University gave information about his dissertation work (scientific adviser is Doctor in economics, professor I.H.Aliyev) 
on the theme of “Perfection of production and economic relations (on the basis of the materials of the Islamic Republic of Iran)” (on the speciality 5307.01 Economic theory and 5310.01 – “The world economy”) on the scientific degree Ph.D. in economics. Also he talked about the urgency of the problem, 
the level of its investigation, the research goals and objectives, the major scientific achievements, the main contents of the work, conclusions and suggestions.
At the end, the dissertation works because of meets the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan Republic confirmed by an open vote of the Dissertation Council (economics.com.az).
