On March 29, 2016 has carried out the following scientific seminar at the Institute of Economy ANAS
Under the chairmanship of professor Ali Nuriyev the Associated Member of ANAS has carried out the following scientific discussion of two dissertation works on the scientific degree Doctor of Philosophy in Economics. Scientific Counsellor of the Scientific Seminar Ph.D. in Economics Sevda Seyidova gave information about them.
Firstly, Karim Pirmammad Piriyev candidate of the Institute of Economy ANAS, gave information about his work on the theme of “Territorial organization and development of spheres of building materials in the regions of Azerbaijan Republic” (on the specialty of 5312.01-“Sectoral economy”) (Scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, professor Rena Sultanova). He based the urgency of dissertation work, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusion and recommendations with substantiating the theoretical and practical importance of dissertation work. 
Reviewers - Doctor of Economics, professor, Farhad Rahmanov and Ph.D. in Economics Agil Asadov noted the urgency of the theme and based their comments and offers. Pretender answered to the questions of seminar members and touched to the comments. Attendants – Ph.D. in philosophy Mayis Gulaliyev, Ph.D. in Economics Jalil Guliyev, professors Irshad Karimli, Rena Sultanova and Ali Nuriyev noted the urgency of the theme and based their comments and offers too. At the end, with an open vote the members of scientific seminar recommended the dissertation work to the next stage.
The second pretender-candidate of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction Sheybani Asl Manuchehr Abbasali gave information about his dissertation work on the theme of “Formation of management of investment activity of mega construction companies” ” (on the specialty of 5312.01-“Sectoral economy”) (Scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, professor V.Shiraliyev). He based the urgency of dissertation work, investigation level of the problem, its purposes and duties, also noted the main scientific innovation of the thesis and spoke about the conclusion and recommendations with substantiating the theoretical and practical importance of dissertation work. 
Then reviewers - Doctor of Economics, professor, M.Mammmadov and Ph.D. in Economics Ramil Aliyev noted the urgency of the theme and based their comments and offers. Pretender answered to the questions of seminar members and touched to the comments and said that will take into attention all these comments and offers At the end, with an open vote the members of scientific seminar recommended the dissertation work to the next stage (economics.com.az).
