On March 11, 2016, carried out the following discussion of dissertation works of two Turkish citizens at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Economics Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The seminar held under the chairmanship of Professor Nazim Muzaffarli (Imanov), director of the Institute of Economics ANAS, discussed the dissertation work by Sedat Baytak Hasan 
on the speciality 5311.01-“Establishment and management of institutions”, on the theme of “Improvement of management of quality of industrial products in Azerbaijan” (scientific adviser - Doctor of Economics, Tarbiz Aliyev),
on the scientific degree Ph.D. in Economics. Then Scientific Councillor Ph.D. in Economics, Fargana Musayeva gave information about Sedat Baytak Hasan, the urgency of the problem, the level of its investigation, the research goals and objectives, the major scientific achievements, the main contents of the work, conclusions and suggestions. Then pretender answered to the questions also appointed opponents Doctor of Economics, professor, Mushvig Atakishiyev and Ph.D. in Economics, Kamran Abdullayev noted the urgency of the work and made comments and gave their suggestions.
The second, discussed the dissertation work by Akin Jan Nazif, 
on the speciality 5311.01-“Establishment and management of institutions”, on the theme of “Improvement directions of the personnel’s management mechanisms in the industrial institutions” (scientific adviser, Doctor in Economics, professor, Tarbiz Aliyev) on the scientific degree Ph.D. in Economics. 
Scientific Councillor Ph.D. in Economics, Fargana Musayeva gave information about Akin Jan Nazif, the urgency of the problem, the level of its investigation, the research goals and objectives, the major scientific achievements, the main contents of the work, conclusions and suggestions. Then pretender answered to the questions also appointed opponents Doctor of Economics, professor, Gazanfar Suleymanov and Ph.D. in Economics, Ramil Aliyev noted the urgency of the work and made comments and gave their suggestions.
At the end, both dissertation works by secret ballot proved by the members of Dissertation Council of the Institute (economics.com.az).
