University, Azerbaijan University, the Academy of Azerbaijan Labor and Social Relations, Baku Business University, the Tafakkur University attended the meeting.
Director of the Institute, Professor Nazim Muzaffarli after giving broad information about the speaker Mammad Musayev the president of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation spoke about the activities of his organization, he stressed the importance of relations between the state and employers-workers, as well as the main missions of AEC, relations between the state and entrepreneurs, the recent decision of the government on improving the business environment, improvement of the legislative base, completely the problems and their solution directions, perspective areas for entrepreneurs, foreign experience, the state support for the private sector, financial and credit problems of entrepreneurs, the importance of supporting young entrepreneurs, competitive environment, etc. issues. 
Then carried out discussions around the urgent problems of the modern development of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan.
In particular, a mechanism for the protection of entrepreneurs' interests and the domestic market, government intervention to the economy and regulatory policy, increasing the competitiveness of local products, formation of competitive environment, remuneration of labor in the private sector, attracting investments, loaning of entrepreneurship with the favorable terms in the regions, heavy mortgage conditions and etc. issues were a reason of interesting discussion. At the end also discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the AEC and ANAS.
